1 Introduction & General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and jet7a (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the jet7a website located at https://jet7a.io and all associated services, including the online casino, sports betting platform, payment services, promotional offers, and customer support (collectively, the "Platform").

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on jet7a, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity.

• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or suspended from the jet7a Platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are of sound mind and are capable of taking full responsibility for your actions on the Platform.

The Company reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age upon request will result in immediate suspension of the account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed, all deposits will be refunded (minus any winnings accrued), and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

3 Account Registration & KYC

Each player may register only one account on jet7a. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity, different identities, different email addresses, different device fingerprints, or different payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update your registration information if any details change. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the Player.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jet7a applies a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any other time the Company deems appropriate, you may be required to submit the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official document displaying your full name and residential address, dated within the past three months.

The Company does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own transaction charges, for which the Company accepts no responsibility.

4.1 Deposits

The following deposit terms apply to all players:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Processing time: bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited to your jet7a account within seconds. Card deposits may take up to 5 minutes.

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual offer.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed registration and, where required, initial KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing bets or playing games on the jet7a Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following general rules governing all gaming and betting activity:

6.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the details of each bet before confirmation.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
